Social Media Cruise Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Farr Cragun & Berube, P.C. (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Youtube/Facebook/TikTok/X/ or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, affiliates of Sponsor, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on January 08, 2026 and ends on January 29, 2026 at midnight, mountain standard time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

Follow Farr Cragun & Berube, P.C. on the Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, or YouTube
Like the giveaway post, share the giveaway post, comment on giveaway post, and tag your friends. For each of these actions, you will receive one enry.
Create a meme, video, reel, tik tok, about Farr Cragun & Berube, P.C., or any area in which we practice (Family Law, Personal Injury, Estate Planning, and Civil/Business Litigation) tag us in your social media video or the like, share it, tag your friends, and comment. For those who create videos, memes, reels or the like, you get 10 entries for every video, 1 entry for every person who shares, comments, likes, or tags us in your video.
Leave Farr Cragun & Berube, P.C. a positive review on Google, Facebook, or any other review site and receive 5 entries.
Each person can create and submit one video, reel, tik tok, once a day, including sharing, liking, tagging, etc., the post once a day.

Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated. Automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Three Night Cruise for two on the Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas , sailing from Miami Florida, departing February 27, 2026 to March 02, 2026. In addition, the winners will receive round trip airfare departing on from Salt Lake City on February 26, 2026 on Flight 2497 to Miami, and returning from Miami to Salt Lake City on fight 2916 on March 02, 2026.

Prize does NOT include, ground transportation, travel insurance, onboard purchases, gratuities, taxes, port fees, or any other expenses not expressly stated above

Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected by FCB staff, based in their favorite meme, video, reel, tik tok, or other social media posts. The judges will take into account the number of likes, shares, reposts, and comments in determining winner. The more shares, likes, reposts, reviews, will enhance your chance to win.
Winner will be notified via direct message within 7 days of the giveaway closing.
Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Verification

Winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law.

8. Travel Terms

Travel must be completed on the specific cruise on the specific dates set forth both for both the cruise and the airfare.
Winner is responsible for valid identification, passports, visas, and compliance with cruise line policies.
Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by the cruise line, weather, or unforeseen events.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or technical failures of any kind. By entering, participants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

11. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for administering this giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

12. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
