Alaina Neumeyer

Alaina Neumeyer is a personal injury consultant. She has been a paralegal assisting personal injury clients for 20 years alongside attorney Stephen W. Farr and Justin G. Berube.   Alaina currently consults for personal injury attorneys and product liability attorneys in the Mass Tort arena. 

 

In addition to assisting attorneys and accident victims, Alaina has assisted in creating a large network of medical providers that includes all types of medical specialists.  She works closely with a newly created traumatic brain injury (TBI) program and understands the complications of traumatic brain injuries and managing TBI cases.  Alaina has also developed a large network of out-of-state attorneys to assist the firm in its many product liability cases.

 Alaina has over 20 years of personal injury experience.  She has worked in all types of personal injury and products liability cases, including wrongful death, a variety of different types of accident cases, and many more.  Alaina’s efforts on the Vioxx litigation resulted in millions of dollars in recovery for the firm’s clients.  Alaina specializes in unique insurance claims.  She has handled product liability recall cases for Transvaginal Mesh, Stryker hip devices, Vioxx, Pradaxa and Zantac.

Alaina graduated from Weber State University with her Bachelors Degree in Professional Sales. She has one AAS in Sales and Marketing and one AAS in General Education.  She graduated from Stevens Henager College with her Legal Secretarial Degree with High Honors and is ALS certified from the National Association of Legal Secretaries.

 

Alaina has served on the Paralegal Division of the Utah State Bar for three years as Region I Director and has partnered with the Utah Trial Association for Justice to create a series of CLE opportunities to educate the legal community on various medical topics.  She has a passion helping those in the legal community and has spent her life working to improve the practice of personal injury.
