Justin joined Cragun Law Firm in 2013 with a practice focused on domestic litigation, trial advocacy, and high conflict divorce.  In 2019, Justin became a partner at Cragun Berube, P.C. and in 2021, Justin helped expand Cragun Berube, P.C. by joining with Steve Farr to become Farr, Cragun & Berube, P.C..  In addition to family law, Justin has extensive experience representing a spectrum of local businesses, both large and small, and resolving civil claims and contract disputes.  Justin has spent hundreds of hours in court advocating for his clients and has successfully secured numerous favorable rulings in trial when mediation and settlement efforts proved unworkable.  Justin's peers and other organizations have recognized him as one of the top lawyers in Utah.  In 2013, Utah Business Magazine named Justin as a "Top Lawyer".  In 2014, the National Trial Lawyers' Association nominated Justin as one of the "Top 40 under 40" attorneys in Utah.  In 2016, the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys recognized Justin as one of the "Top 10 Under 40" family law attorneys in the nation.  In 2019, Marquis recognized Justin as one of their "Who's Who" in the Legal Field.  Justin prides himself on being well prepared for court hearings, mediations, and trials, but, he is particularly focused on making sure each of his client's receive the one on one attention they deserve and that their voices are heard.
