Kyle D. Hoskins
Kyle D. Hoskins is an associate attorney for Cragun Law Firm P.C. where his primary focus is on family law, and the issues that surround it such as QDRO’s, Estate Planning, and small business re-structuring.
Kyle D. Hoskins also serves as the Director of Utah Custody.com which is a subsidiary of Cragun Law Firm P.C. The company’s main focus is to provide solutions to divorced parent’s communication and parenting problems that they face post separation.
Kyle D. Hoskins has a strong commitment to children and their best interests. His approach to any domestic issues is to focus on the needs of the children and what is in their best interest. His commitment has led him to look for outside resources and solutions to his clients and their children’s needs.
Kyle and all of the attorneys at Cragun Law Firm have built well established relationships with other professionals in the area to help their clients with any needs that may arise from these domestic issues. Those needs can include Therapy for children, support groups, parenting classes, and other outreach.
Kyle D. Hoskins has served as both a public and Private Guardian ad Litem representing children in both juvenile court as well as District Court. In addition he continues to serve as a Special Master, and Parent-Time- Coordinator where he works to teach people the skills they need to resolve their issues outside of the legal arena.
Kyle is active in the legal community he is a member of the Davis and Weber County Bar Associations as well as the Family Law Section of the Utah State bar. He assists monthly with a pro-bono clinic at the Farmington court house and teaches the family law training for the University of Utah Pro-bono initiative.
Outside the legal community Kyle is a father to four very active boys, who love the outdoors, and the daily rumblings that define “boyhood”. He and his children spend a great deal of time outdoors camping, hiking, and playing in any body of water they can find. Kyle is passionate about baseball and is quick to defend his notion of the “perfect” sport.
