If you are reading this then you are probably intimately familiar with the fact that family law cases are emotionally taxing. We are dedicated to serving a clientele that appreciates creative problem solving and workable solutions that don’t just sound good on paper but can be implemented.
We are striving to improve our clients’ lives through long-term solutions to immediately emotional issues and problems. We utilize the same traditional methods of resolution but don’t limit ourselves to thinking only in the box. Since every fact pattern is different the “one size fits all” approach simply doesn’t work.
When other law firms are stumped by a family law problem we are often who they turn to for ideas, answers or solutions. To that end we created a suite of solutions for clients, judges, attorneys and the family law community designed to address many of those needs. We formed a sister company – UtahCustody.com, LLC to spearhead this effort.
We continue to add services and solutions as problems arise. Whether it is solving communication problems, providing a safe setting for visits, therapeutic counseling or allowing you to do some of the research on a legal problem we are pushing the envelope in problem solving.
